Staff Recruitment of Thalpitigala Reservoir Project
Applications are invited from the permanent residents of Badulla District for the following posts of the Thalpitigala Reservoir Project which is being implemented under the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Economic Affairs, Livestock Development, Irrigation and Fisheries & Aquatic Resources Development.

01. Job Terms
The recruitments will be made on contract basis for a period of one year as per the provisions given in management service circular 1/2019 and it would be considered to extend base on the performance of the officer and the requirement of the project. Applicants must be permanent residents of Badulla District.
02. Educational Qualifications, Salaries and Other Conditions:
Required qualifications, salaries and allowances will be as mentioned in the 2.2.9 and 3.0 clauses of Management Service Circular 1/2019.
03. General Conditions:
Priority will be given to the applicants who has experience in foreign funded water resources development projects. Officers who are in government service should submit their application through the head of the institution. Since this project is implemented with a foreign company, English knowledge of the recruits is compulsory and it will be tested in the interview.
04. Application and Closing Date:
Interested applicants should send their application and the Curriculum Vitae including their professional qualifications, experience to Project Director, Project Office of Thalpitigala Reservoir Project, Irrigation Department, Kandeketiya in registered post before 14th May 2019. applications receive later than 14th May 2019 will be rejected. Grama Niladhari Certificates should be attached to the application to prove the residence.

Applicants will be called for an interview after shortlisting the received applications based on the qualifications. Any kind of an interference will be a disqualification.
